Called the call centre on behalf of my father who had a stroke and is unable to do things for himself but Discovery could not assist me even though I had all his details. I need to sort out extended benefits as he had a stroke and has been discharged from rehab but we need to get him to out of home therapy but Discovery cannot help. I don't understand this. How is anyway able to assist a family member when things like this happen?
