Refuse to refund my deposit

Hi, on the 6 Sept13, Annelise and Sharon book three rooms for us with a total cost of R6700.00. I accepted the quote telephonically. She asks me a dep of R3000.00 to secure the booking, which I did on the 7th Sept13. She confirms all is in order. On the 12th October a person name F.J. Scholtz phone me to tell me, there was a pickup with the booking, Annelise and Sharon both resigned. He told me there is only one room book for us. I told him, I've accepted the quote with 3 rooms, my room, brothers and children a room. A lady Daleen said to me I can use the kitchen, but my children are not allowed, basically only one person allowed. Frik is very arrogant and was very rude to me. I told him, your people messed up now I have to pay for their mistakes. I tried looking for other accommodation for my brother but to no avail. I told Frik I need my deposit back as I'm not interested in staying at his place. I told him there is no cancellation clause in his advertisement. In give Frik 1 month and 2 weeks' notice, but still he refuse to listen or response to my emails. Even if there was accommodation for my brother, I will not stay at Lizelle's lodge. Frik Scholtz is arrogant and rude. Thanks
