I paid for one week of accommodation but as my guests were told that they had to reschedule there flights I cancelled the booking in advance. Sharon, the manager, said that I would be able to get a refund from the owner who was not there at the time. After contacting and visiting the establishment a number of times, I was finally able to speak to the owner who said he would actually not be giving me a refund. He did not let me in to the reception area and only spoke to me briefly through the window before leaving to speak on his phone. I thought this was completely unprofessional and I will never recommend this establishment to anyone ever again. Really disappointing.
