I am absolutely disgusted by the lack of action you take to prevent non-wheelchair patrons using our wheelchair parking. Going to Parcade 1 Ground Level Free Pickup, I found all wheelchair parking spots occupied by Shuttle Service operators driving fancy Mercedes's and big 14 seater tourist busses. Sport 24/7 Cabs, your authorized operators also occupied the parking. Big hotel groups (The Western, Protea, Taj etc.) all park on my wheelchair parking.

I called the airport directly (021 937 1200) while sitting there waiting to send out someone to assist me. After 10 minutes no action was taken. I called a Katanga employee that passed my car. He said that airport security, Bossa, must clamp these cars and take action. I called the Bossa security guard to my car and he said that it's Kantanga' responsibility. I then lost it completely and left your free parking, made my way around and entered the paid parking area of Parcade 1.

I could not believe it! All the wheelchair parking was taken close to the lifts on every single level! Not one car had been clamped..
