I booked into the Fire and Ice in Cape Town from 10 - 14 March. I had a family emergency had had to check out on the 12 March. I explained that I had a family emergency. There was no problem checking out and then Jamie explained they would not be charging me for the next two nights and said she hoped everything would be OK. Thank you Protea and Jamie for having a heart and understanding.
