Dieticians an embarrassment to Discovery Health

I'd love to know who approves the dieticians who are listed on Discovery's website, in the 5 years that I've been going for Vitality assessments I've never been impressed. Yesterday my husband saw Hannelie Schmidt in Benoni and on his return he said it was an absolute waste of an hour and R265 which comes out of our pocket. She appeared bored and had no sense of customer rapport. She asked questions straight off the form and completed them with little enthusiasm or desire to understand if the client needs any further nutritional guidance. Why do dieticians charge so much to complete a form? Is this Discovery's method? If so, perhaps it should be explained to the client that it is a laborious task and no value will be gained. I would understand if Discovery were paying for the assessment. Vitality members could just pay R265 directly to Discovery to obtain their points! Furthermore, I have notified Discovery Vitality about dieticians that were no longer practicing and yet are still listed on their National list of Dietician's (list still hasn't been updated). Another dietician did not return my messages, so it seems Discovery must work out a way of vetting their dieticians.
