Lancet blame Discovery and say that they have proof of submitting my blood tests on the 28th of October 2012. Testing on the 17th of October 2012. Discovery say that Lancet only submitted on the 28th of February 2013.
Lancet now wish to hand me over for an over due account.
I am tired of being in the middle of the blame game from both sides. Why can't a proper investigation be done here. Why am I having to do all the calling and emailing? I am so disappointed in the service received.
