Lancet and Discovery blame eachothe

I went for blood testing in October 2012. Last week, I received an sms from Lancet advising that I owe an amount of R467.00 for my tests. I asked as to why there had been a delay of almost 5 months before I was notified. Furthermore, these tests should have been claimed from Discover, my medical aid provider.
The gentleman who 'assisted' me advised that since my address had changed, I had not received the account by post, which is utter nonsense as I moved in January 2013. I had received no account between October 2012 and January 2013. He also advised that Discovery do not cover the costs of the blood testing which is also not true. To add insult to injury, I had entered my new address into the system and upon contact with the call centre today, I cam across the fact that the address entered is not even in the same area as what I stay. Totally incompetent.
Discovery advised that Lancet had submitted my claim on the 25th of February 2013. Therefore, Discovery say that they are liable as they submitted this too late. The lady who assisted me at Discovery went through to Lancet & was advised that they are not willing to assist in any way. They blame eachother and I am losing patience
