I am disappointed; an organization that prides itself in customer service/satisfaction conducts business this way.
I was misled by SunSquare Montecasino's website and their booking staff. After I complained, someone from the organization, contacted me and offered me part of the package I originally wanted but at the same price of the special - how would that benefit me paying the same price for what I wanted but not getting the complete package.
And now, what would they come back with, is only apologies and that someone will be in contact with me - what for?
