Doctor's statement without medical test

The Dermatologist at room61, Hillbrow Hospital refused to check my 10year old girl who suffers from chronicle acute Eczema, he claimed that my child is HIV positive without any mean of medical test; this is why her skin is so bad.

He asked to get my chil tested without my consent because she is a minor or my child's consent.

I got my child tested to prove the point. This statement has affected my child negatively, she feels discriminated.

Even she was positive, there is nothing wrong with beingHIV positive.
what kind of Doctor who will resent patients like that?

When I tried to explain, he kicked me out of his office, screaming, I felt embarassed and left.

All the people in the waiting area were shocked and puzzled.

I wonder sometimes whether some of these doctors at governmet hospitals and clinics have true credentials and experience to treat people.

Dissapointment, shocking... nothing fits the description is how I feel.
