Vitality - Unable to book Tsogosun accommodation

I've been unable to book accommodation using the Travel awards at Tsogo sun for the easter period for the last 2 days due to a technical system fault on the discovery side. The call centre cannot book as well.
To make things worst the call centre cannot even give some indication when it will be resolved.

I'm now stuck in a position to decide whether I should wait for discovery to come through or whether I should book elsewhere as easter will be booked out shortly. I get the indication that this is low priority as its a ""rewards"" feature however I'm paying monthly vitality membership and therefore expect the appropriate level of service, a simple "we working on it and don't know when it will be up" is totatlly unacceptable.

Can I get an answer as to when this will be up, should i wait 1 day, 1 month, 1 year???
Do discovery have available bookings at the Garden court south beach or marine parade during the easter period, if not tell me so and I will look for alternative accommodation
