I have been particularly frustrated lately with the lack of competence and assistance I have received from a few companies, BUT not the Fedhealth Call Centre. I called to enquire about a procedure I needed to have and to get an Authorisation number. I was met by a Bubbly Estella who greeted me with enthusiasm and asked me how I was (and it really sounded as if she cared!). She was able to answer every question I asked extremely efficiently and her product knowledge was great. Even when she had to leave me for a minute, she reassured me that there may be a moment of silence but that she would be back. It truly is a pleasure to deal with someone like Estella and I hope that Fedhealth appreciate the staff they have. Thank you also to Fedhealth for ensuring that you train your staff properly and that you have obviously chosen them carefully.
