I have been trying to get information on the Bonitas Boncap option for over a week. Tried the call center and website email address about 5 times thus far. Still no response yet?!
Also called them to ask about joining them twice. Yet awaiting a response even though I was promised to be contacted on the same day.
I am in the market for a new medical aid for myself and my spouse. Seems like Bonitas does not want my business??! If that's the case, then please just inform me accordingly so that I can move on to someone else who cares more about their customers.
