A big thank-you to Danita de Witt, the Executive Relationship Manager at Discovery Health, for once again getting our medical aid benefits query sorted out so quickly and efficiently.
This is now the 2nd time Danita has gone out of her way to assist us, and shown outstanding customer service. We have previously experienced very poor service from Discovery (which we posted on hellopeter), but she really has been a pleasure to deal with.
