Hi there,
i would like to take this opportunity to thank Rakash, a call centre agent from Discovery Health Durban branch. i cannot tell you how stressful having my wife in hospital was and the last thing i wanted to handle and think about were the bills. Rakash took charge of everything, he went over and above to ensure i didnt have anything to worry me. he continously called me to give me feedback even after coming back from leave and kept me updated. His service was unbelievable!!
It was such an absolute pleasure liaising with him, i wish we had more people of his caliber in the service industry, discovery is very lucky to have him. It is not often that you find such compassionate and truly understanding people.
My wife and i would like to thank you once again for all your efforts it is truly, truly appreciated.
