Dear Discovery Health

I would like to highly congratulate you, on the exceptional service I experienced with your call centre this morning. I was seeking the process I needed to take in order to get authorisation for a transplant procedure, urgently needing to be done.

A wonderful lady, by the name of Sasha, was helpful, friendly and very efficient. She authorised the procedure over the telephone within 10 minutes and thereafter, sent me numerous pamphlets, regarding the procedure and what to expect.

People are extremely fast to complain about bad service, which, yes, in our country we seem to experience everywhere.

However, it has been an absolute pleasure dealing with Discovery Health of late, and I would love to deal with more people in your call centre like Sasha.
