Still no serrvices after 10th call!

This is my second complaint in regards to momentum health already! because it seems its the only way you get any help from them! i have called the call centre to have my adddress updated to have the maternity booklet sent out they state they have sent it to my work address nothing has been recieved. Ii gave them a new address and yet 3 weeks later still nothing has been received. I call the centre in regards to my claim an yet today i recive a statement with no amounts showing how much was oaid to the supplier this is truly pathetic service! if i call the call centre they give me different amount that have been paid out yet i cannot see this reflecting on my statament! i am -25weeks pregnant i dont have the energy to call the call centre everytime to find out how much has been paid to my gynae! all i want is to beable to see the amount that has been paid out and my maternity book...
