Momentum Health is reallly the worst medical aid! my gynae has sent in a claim for April an May 2013 that to date it has still not been paid. I call momentum call centre they can give me amounts, an dates as to when this has been paid as soon as i ask for proof this they cannot provide me with this! i spoke to a agent called Kevin who advised me my account had a billing issue and would call me back i am still waiting, i then called again after not hearing anything an spoke to a agent called Burina who said she will infact call me back an they havent how hard can this be i have authorisation! i am using a Gynae that is on there netwrok an they are still faling to pay my claims! i WANT PROOF THAT DR JANSEN VAN RESNBURG HAS BEEN PAID I WANT MY STATEMENTS TO REFLECT MY PAYMENT INFORMATION!!! THIS IS MY THIRD COMPLAINT ALREADY NEXT I WILL BE CALLING THE OMBUDSMAN!!! I AM 27 weeks pregnant really dont have the energy for this! i dont want to log another complaint via hello peter because this is your JOB!! i dont want to be called i want to be emailed a response in black and white! WITH a solution dont give me the run around!
