I contacted Gyna Guard customer care, wanting to inform them about the dry wipes that I kept finding in a box that I purchased in December last year. This did not make sense to me because the expiry date reflected on the box reads "3013/09" and I store the box in my wardrobe.
I contacted Gyna Guard 4 times wanting to report my findings. However when transferred to customer complaints, no one picked up the phone. Eventually I was informed by both Dipoor and Gugu that the lady (Zanele Ngubane) who deals with customer complaints is not in her office and I should try her later on her direct line or alternatively on her e-mail.
I then contacted Mis Ngubane the following day and the phone was again not picked up. I decided to write her an e-mail on 26/02/2013 explaining my disappointment on the product. However up until today, she has not responded to my e-mail
I am very disappointed on Gyna Guard's staff and how they have handled this matter.
I use 80% of their product almost every day and this is how they treat their loyal customers. SHOCKING!!!
