I have been a member of FedHealth since June 2012, my medical aid number is 80300454170.
I have only heard good things of FedHealth and that is why I joined the FedHealth family.
To my disappointment, I have had several problems getting feedback and responce from FedHealth.
Despite being a member with full benefits already active, i have had to pay most, if not all, medical fees from January 2013.
I currently have the opportunity to go for a life saving surgery.
A provisional date of the 25th of July 2013 has been allocated for the Roux-en-Y Gastric Bypass.
After I submitted all of the relevant doctors motivations and neccessary documentation, I was replied to via an email stating that my request had been declined without any reasons.
After phoning several times and holding on for more than 30 minutes at a time, no one was able to assist me in any way whatsoever. Nor were they able to put me through to somebody capable of answering my questions.
I would really like FedHealth to contact me with someone capable of answering my questions as speedily as possible as this is a matter of extreme urgency.
I am requesting Hello Peter to please assist me in this matter.
