Bonitas have debited R2600.00 in my employee account via Lepelle-Nkumpi Municipality, i was shocked when i visited GP, when i tell them that i have recently joined Bonitas Medical Aid and i am still waiting for membership card, when they contacted Bonitas, my name was no where to be found, i don't understand how could my money disappear like that, i have contacted the HR and Payrol department but no one knows where my money is, i have to resign from both the Bonitas and Employer because their level of professionalism is to low
