Loss of benefit

On the 15.06.2013 i discovered that my vitality benefit was deactivated. I called vitality to find out and got told that it was deactivated due to no payment. They discovered that payments were made but were not allocated accordingly. I was then told that it was fixed. On the 27.06.2013 i found that it was not active and called vitality again and got assisted by Andries who then told me that it was active but will take 2 to 3 working days. I then asked him to check if my sterkinikor and gym benefits were active, he said they were but will take a while. On friday the 28.06.2013 he called me to inform me that all was well except that in order for my gym benefit to still be active, i needed to go to gym twice before 30.06.2013. I explained to him that i couldn't as i was onroute to a team building exercise. He said he will call again and never did. On 08.07.2013 i called vitality again and got told that my gym benefit is cancelled. I asked to speak to the manager, i was told that a manager call request was logged, i will get a call yesterday or today 09.07.2013. this hasn't happened. I need all my vitality benefits, i can't lose it just because someone didn't do their work correctly.
