A group of friends and I purchased Wikideals coupons. So I called the cell phone number on the voucher - it went to voicemail. I searched the Cavendish store directory for a number, dialled it - this number did not exist. I then called Cavs Info Centre & was given another cell number. Called - it was an ex-employee who gave another number!! Finally, a Priscilla takes my booking as per normal.
We arrive to an empty restaurant with only 2 'employees'. Vincent, informs us that they have not heard of this Priscilla & cannot help us. There is no other staff & NO FOOD! Really? We are assured that we will be accommodated next time, please can we rebook & we're given his personal number. So we book again & Vincent confirms.
2nd attempt: We arrive, this time; Yannick, the manager, assists with Vincent no where to be seen. Yannick, says he does not know about our booking & doesn't understand how Vincent could agree since they are shooting a music video at the restaurant. He cannot accommodate us & again, there is NO FOOD! What operating restaurant has no food? Our details were taken & we were promised a follow-up call after the weekend... yep Yannick has yet to call...
