On Saturday evening (9.11.2013) I booked a table for myself, my husband, my daughter and her two children. I specifically asked for a table outside on the lawn next to the jungle jim as one of the children is autistic and it is not suitable for us to sit in a confined area. I booked the table with Paula who said that that would be fine and took my name and contact number. On our arrival we were told that there was no booking under our name and that the restaurant was full and they were "sorry" but there was nothing they could do about it. It is the second time this has happend to us at this restaurant and one gets the impression that they just couldnt care. So dont think when you make a booking at Cafe Blanc de Noir that when you arrive you will be assured of a table, especially when you have driven all the way from Cape Town. Its just not worth the effort.!!!
