So it is now almost 2 weeks after i claimed 2 of my Gynae invoices at first i was told the invoices i had sent were not legitimate and i responded asking how they needed to be like in order for them to be seen as legitimate and i got another response asking me to quote my ID number and membership number which was quoted in my very first claims e-mail. what must a person do to get their re-imbursemenmt back because one of your consultants still called me to say this payment will be made and i trusted that but now its been days since that phone call. do i call again now and remind you guys at Discovery??? please can my invoice for the 14 Jan for R290.00 be paid into my account please!!!
