Good day.
My story is very simple: I went to the doctor, and paid for the consultation. I then put my invoice in the claims box (I am told this is collected everyday since it was at a hospital). I waited and no payment was made. I then got hold of another invoice and put it in the box for the second time. No payment. I then called the call center and provided the consultant with the doctors number (she said she would get it and submit the claim). No payment. Iv just called Discovery again, and they cant see the claim and suggest i wait a bit longer. I have now been trying to get this done for almost 3 months. Its not difficult, so im unsure why its being messed up all the time. I pay you guys on time EVERY month, and i expect the same treatment. PLease resolve this as im actually exhausted of trying.
