Called Dr Funnell's rooms and asked the receptionist to ask Vastha to post me a proper account instead of an emailed one as I couldn't find the bank details on there. She told me I must find the blue block and I told her the statement is emailed so I can't see it and can they post me an original - at which she tells me I am being rude. Hve just spent a lot of money with Dr Funnell -this is how I get treated which I am only trying to ascertain bank details? If you guys want the balance of only R583 to be paid then I would advise that you send me a proper account and that the receptionist does her job properly without having a bad attitude. You only work there - you aren't the doctor. So maybe a written request would suit you better?
