Claims were submitted on 14 December 2012 for processing, after the client had paid the service providers. Ten (10) claims to the value of R3891-52 were submitted.
My Self-Payment Gap at 31 December 2012 was R1771-46, which meant that R2120-06 was to be refunded to me.
The following amounts were refunded during January 2013 AND DEDUCTED from my 2013 Medical Savings: R295-00, R981-13, R600-00, R450-00.
On 25 January 2013, Erfaan Caffin (Durban based Call Centre) was provided all the above information and he confirmed that the above amounts should be credited to my 2013 Medical Savings and paid for by Discoverys' Provision 2012. To date there has been no feedback to this query!!!
