This establishment refuses to repay us a cent of our R12, 000 deposit after we cancelled a booking 6 weeks in advance. They claim a mangled phrase in their "Terms and Conditions" enables them to keep R12k of our money for giving us some quotes - The "wedding planner" there was constantly trying to load up their quote with extras we didn't want or need.
Whatever - it's not on to keep R12k of someones money for doing little or nothing.
I would warn people off of this money-hungry establishment.
