I was admitted on the 17th February 2012 to deliver my first baby. As usual hospitals are scary and depressing, thats had always been my opinion. However, the amazing day staff at maternity ward changed my perception as they were friendly, encouraging and did not judge me. They went out of their way to make sure that I am well-informed of the situation and gave me the strength to deal with the unknown. They were objective while remaining positive so that I can be able to make informed. My sincere gratitude to Sister Nomsa, sister Beverly, Sister Rosina, sister Lizzy and all daystaff for job welldone. How can I forget "Gogo" for her wisdom and dedication. Thank you all for giving me renewed hope that nursing is not just a job or a career but a calling. Lastly to my wonderful doctor, Dr Henk Burger thank you for being the good dr that you are.
