I got a groupon voucher 4 a halfday experience. When we get there, they have double booked us with 4 other clients who were already there. When we try to negotiate, some of the employees are rude. The manager/owner does not pick up her calls because she knows there are unsatisfied customers wanting to speak to her. How unproffessional is that. As the manager you should always be able to do damage control and work with your staff to sort out a plan in order to keep ur clients happy.
I have no idea why that place still functions. It is a total mess and instead of having a tranquil afternoon, I was mad! The pool is even empty yet the website promises u a pool. They r short staffed and they have a small venue.
I am never going back there, and I suggest if you r looking 4 d service, be prepared to pay the price. Cheap items come at the cost of quality
