I received an email from vitality stating that I had not reached my
target of 36 gym visits. I am highly disgusted at this and intend to
take this matter further. I contacted vitality yesterday to explain
the reason. All my medical claims have been paid by Discovery and one
would just have to look that since March 2012 I had a high risk
pregnancy and after the birth of my child on the 4th of June, due to
hospital negligence I contracted septicemia and was in hospital or
weeks and had 2 operations. Please tell me how I would have gone to
gym with half my back missing??? You have all these details!!! I am
appalled that when I phoned yesterday I was asked "would you like to
take household and car insurance"
!!!
This is not acceptable and merely encourages people to walk in to
gyms, swipe their cards and walk out again!!
I would like a reply from someone who is capable of actually linking
my pregnancy, illness and lack of gym visits togethe
