No Authorisation, No Feedback

I have been trying since 15 January this year to get authorisation for a procedure for my wife. Medshield's administrators have been giving me the run-around, no feedback on any emails, failing to return calls. After every conversation (at least 5), I receive an automated SMS with an authorisation number.

When I try to get an explanation of which of the procedure numbers as stated in the doctor's quote will be covered, everything falls apart. I was given procedure numbers not even on the quote. I have now gone as far as preparing a worksheet for their convenience to indicate which of the procedure codes have been authorised and which not - still no response.
Furthermore, I cannot make out from the member's guide as to what the limits are for the requested procedures.
In summary, I beg of them provide me with a detailed list of the requested procedures that Medshield will pay for and also which of the requested procedures are not covered. Please also indicate any limits that might apply to the total hospitalization and everything that is required to complete the operation.
Surely as a consumer I have the right to know what I am letting myself in for before such a proce
