I received a notice two years ago that amount was outstanding. I was threatened that the account will be handed over. I needed an explanation what the fees was for up to this day which i never received. However to my knowledge this account was settled. I went to apply for a new phone last Friday to my dismay that Discovery just proceeded to blacklist me with ITC and had no decency that their was no explanation given of admin fees charged or informed ITC that the account was settled.
I would like to request since the matter has been resolved that ITC be notified that the outstanding amount was paid so that my record could be cleared. My mother happens to work for the Chairman Mr Laurie Dippenaar and if the above has not been resolved within 7 days I will have no other option to take the above matter with him. I've always been diligent in paying accounts. Leaves a bad taste. I would appreciate assitence to the resolve the issue speedily.
