My dad was admitted to Roseacres Medical Clinic yesteday for Kidney stones. Our complaint in relevant to the clinic. My parents arrived at the hospital at about 1 pm yesterday afternoon. He was in a great deal of pain but NO ONE offered him any painkillers at all. After a few hours he was moved to the surgical ward, only then did he get pain killers and a drip. The staff members were not sympathetic at all. After he waited the day he was eventually pushed to theatre during visiting hours, when he came out a very rude Cynthia (Security Guard) told us the we are not allowed there and we must leave my dad. But not one hospital staff member assisted my dad with ANYTHING!! They just left him in the ward, we had to get him in clothes to go to the bathroom, and this Cynthia came to my mother and raised her voice at her that she "MUST left" now. She cannot even speak proper English! My mom was very upset and started crying. They are paying a lot of money for their medical aid and this is the service they get from Roseacres. They seriously need training or new staff. No assistance from any nurse or doctor and we are chased away like dogs! Bonitas need to look into this. This is NOT the way!
