WHY TRAINING STAFF IN ICU

WHEN MY MOTHER IN LAW WAS ADMITTED ON 05/12/2013 AT ARWYP MEDICAL CENTER WITH A STROKE, WE HAD ALL OUR DAY IN DOING THE ADMIN. THE STAFF WERE SO UNPROFESSIONAL, FIRST IT TOOK THE VERY LONG TO OPEN THE FILE THE IT TOO ANOTHER FEW HOURS TO GET THE AUTHORIZATION FROM THE MEDICAL AID, AND IN THE MAN TIME MY MOTHER IN LAW NEEDED MEDICAL CARE WITCH THEY DID NOT ATTEND TO. THE OXYGEN WAS NOT EVEN ON, AND THE STAFF DID NOT CARE. WHEN SHE WENT TO X RAYS THE LOST THE FILE. FINALLY AT ABOUT 14H00 SHE WAS IN ICU. THE NEXT DAY WE TOLD THEM THAT HER TUMMY WAS SWOLLEN AND THE REPLY FROM THE TRAINING NURSE WAS THAT SHE DIDN'T EVEN NOTICED. WHILE WITH A STROKE THEY WANTED WANTED MY MOTHER TO EAT,
UNBELIEVABLE...
ALL WHAT WE AS A FAMILY CAN SAY IS, BAD BAD BAD.
HOW CAN YOU PUT A TRAINING NURSE IN ICU WITH NO EXPERIENCE. EVEN THE AIR IN THE HOSPITAL IS BAD, NO VENTILATION.
