A 14: 30 appointment that only starts @15:25 cause doctor takes a personal meeting after 3 call to confirm consultation the week before, we arrive early at the doctor and we wait 10minutes for the receptionist or any one to take our details or acknowledge our arrival, 10 minutes later the receptionist gives us the forms to complete, eventually an assistant comes out takes my wife for the scans which were like 10 minutes. While my wife has the scans a gentleman walks in and he asks if the doctor is busy and the receptionist says no she will love to see you. And as my wife comes back from doing the scans the doctor meets with the gentlemen first before taking the consultation. Only @ 15:20 does the doctor decide to take the consultation for 10 minutes, At no time dies any one advise what the hold up or reason is. PATHETIC SERVICE
