I phoned Bonitas medscheme to verify if they have received my documents which were outstanding when adding my spouse as beneficiary. I mean the whole process took less than the time I imagine. Mpho escalated my matter to the relevant person who was delegated to deal with my documents and what suprised me the same Mpho phoned me with updated information and my spouse is added to my medical aid and she e-mailed me documentation for my wife to submit to her company.
I am impressed I think South Africa need people like Mpho Makoro.
