NO, LATE OR UNSUFFICIENT FEEDBACK

RESOLUTION ARE VERY POOR IN GETTING BACK TO THEIR CLIENTS. I SENT AN EMAIL ON 24/01/13 REQUESTING AUTHORISATION. GOT NO REPLY, I THEN CALLED THEIR HELPLINE ON 31/01/13 IN DESPERATION, HELD ON FOR THE LONGEST TIME ONLY TO GET AN ANSWER "WE ARE OFFLINE". AFTER SPEAKING TO SOMEONE I THEN AGAIN SENT AN EMAIL PLUS THE PREVIOUS 3 ONES. I GOT FEEDBACK ON 01/02/13, AND ACCORDING TO ME THE AMOUNT THAT THEY AUTHORISED WAS FAULTY. I SENT AN EMAIL BACK ASKING THEM TO RECTIFY THE MATTER AND GOT A REPLY ONLY ON 07/02/13, THE AMOUNT AFTER THEY SAID THEY RECTIFIED IT WAS ONCE AGAIN LESS THAT REQUESTED. I THEN ON 06/02/13 AND 07/02/13 ASKED THEM TO PLEASE EXPLAIN THE MATTER TO ME IN PLAIN ENGLISH SEEING TO THE FACT THAT I COULD NOT FIGURE OUT WHERE THEY GOT THE AMOUNT AUTHORISED, JUST PLAIN NO REPLY AT ALL. I DO NOT THINK IS JUST BAD SERVICE I THINK IT IS A TOTAL "DON`T CARE" ATTITUDE. BUT WHEN THEY HAVE TO DEDUCT YOUR MONTHLY PREMIUM IT IS DONE IN A FLASH. I HAVE BEEN A CLIENT OF RESOLUTION FOR A FEW YEARS NOW AND THE LEVEL OF SERVICE IS JUST GETTING WORSE AND WORSE. YOU ARE IN A CATCH 22 SITUATION, YOU MUST GET AUTHORISATION BUT IF YOU REQUEST IT YOU ARE JUST STONEWALLED, SO WHAT ARE YOU TO DO???
