I booked in at Milpark Garden Court from the 2nd to the 4th February and was shocked by the level of unprofessionalism and bad attitude I experienced. The staff is unfriendly and is unwilling to assist on time when I needed assistance. It is such a mission to get assistance from room service, I was even late for my meeting on the 4th February because I had to wait for almost 40 minutes for clean towels. The receptionist was quite rude when responding to my questions and the security guard working at night needs some serious people skills because he was talking to us like he is talking to criminals. Room was not properly cleaned and one could see dirt on the sheets. I totally did not enjoy my stay at the hotel and was a waste of my hard eaerned money.
