Almost missed flight and paid R50 more for suppe

Hi
i had requested the staff at city lodge for the wake up call till this day I'm still waiting for that wake up call.
when i asked the front when i was checking out they only said they did try to call me, but i never received that call.
i also had o R50 rand before i can go to spur so that i could order my supper, Hilda street was closed due to TUKS bash which was happening and in order for us to get to there we had to pay R50. City lodge should have made provision for their guests since they have an agreement with spur. we eat our supper at spur and i feel its day light that we had to pay that extra money. i didn't want to go to tukies bash, i only needed my food.
