Spur bad service

I placed an order at spur at 07:55 on 25/11/2013 for delivery.
At 08:25 I received a call and the lady advised a tandi is outside with my order.
I waited outside till 08:55 and she never arived, I also asked the lady at our reception and she never saw that person.
We walked down to spur, when we got there we found out that our order was never prepaired, the lady advised to wait 5 min and it will be done, we waited for another 10 min and still nothing.

This is not how you treat clients I will never buy from any spur again ever!
