On friday the 25 Jan 2013 my partner and i visited spur claremont for supper, on arrival we were seated where the waiter took both the drinks and food order, of which i had milkshake and he a appeltizer with that i had a salad, the drinks were messy the waiter didnt even clean where he messed 30min later he brought me the salad of which i asked for, then after the second bite into after struggling to find a STONE in my meal, called the waiter he apologized and i paid and left, since the complaint was sent to spur service centre i havent heard from them if i had not made the call i probably still would have been waiting everytime same story they waiting on the branch, i feel i was inconvinience, the service i must say was bad and i am so dissapointed realy, and i get the feeling the buck is being passed around someone must take responsibility i wana no who
