On 15/09/2013 we went to Pavillion. I could not find any decent toilets. The doors dont lock, there are cracks on the door frames and the seats are broken. I went to three different toilets and found the same problem. This is a busy mall but the cant make their toilets appealing. Musgrave toilets are clean and welcoming. Im so disappointed because Pavillion is my and many other's favourite mall. My second problem is a guy who works on the stand for bling cellphone covers. This stand is outside Toys R Us. I was asking the lady by tupperware stand for a baby cup. The guy from the cellphone covers comes and we talk and joke by calling him the tupperware lady's boyfriend. We all laugh and my cousin and i leave. While we were walking away, the guy says ' You' to me. When i turn around he was holding the ladies mouth when she shouted what he said. This happened around 4. When i went to the help desk, there was a queue and i was late and was unable to report this matter. Im a married woman and i was really hurt by this. I was humiliated by this because not only my cousin heard him but other walking customers. I have been going to this mall all my life and then someone swears me publicly.
