On the 6th of February 2013 I sought the assistance of Ms Berenice Adams in getting my brother and cousin's Ingwe medical aid membership certificates emailed to me as required for university registration and visa application processes.
Due to many applications being processed at the start of the academic year Ms Adams advised me that she had many applications to process but would attend to my requests as soon as possible.
I had previously attempted to get assistance via the Ingwe Health Help line and had been sent from pillar to post with no success over a 3 day period.
My interaction with Ms Adams resulted in an overall turnaround time of less than 24 hours for both requests!
I am very grateful for her assistance and appreciative of her professional attitude and the hard work she put into assisting us.
