Pathcare doesn't update their accounts and then you have to pay more than what the actual payment was. How many people (specially older people) that cannot keep track of these payments pay MORE than what they should? I went on Hello Peter and I saw that I am not the only person that is having trouble with the Accounts department of Pathcare. The people that works in the account department is completely incompetent!

This was the email I send to them;

I paid the amount of R2300.00 now to VERICRED GENERAL TRUST.

This is the amount I still owe. The last statement (see attached) was given on 6 May 2024. The amount was R2800. You want me to pay R3225 which doesn't make sense at all. I paid R500 on the 27th of May 2024, therefore, the amount left is R2300.00. I used the EASY pay method on the statement. I just went through my banking statements to make sure the amount was paid and it was deposited to your account.

You need to go thoroughly through your banking statements before you give someone over. It is your job to make sure this is correct beforehand. This is also not the first time I am struggling with pathcare that cannot keep track of payments received.

I trust that this account is now settled and that you will correct it on your end.

This is basically the problem that I have been struggling with with Pathcare.
