I am not happy, last year i have received a Statement of account from Pathcare that the medical aid didn't pay, and I paid half of what was said that i owe, after that payment I received a statement that mentioned that the account is fully paid, I was surprised but supposed you had billed me wrongly initially and had corrected it, from that time until late Jan 2022 early Feb 2022 Pathcare contacted me and told me that I have an outstanding amount, I communicated thru emails asking for help since i couldn't open the attachment since it had banking details for my payment purposes, Pathcare took forever to reply and weeks later I get a call for collections as if I have denied paying this account, please remove my names from this collection department urgently as there is absolutely no reason at all to request a third party to do collections for this account.
