Since the day i was a member at Hosmed Medical Aid there was always a problem receiving the correct information from the people working at Hosmed. im struggling claiming and receiving my money back from them. now i had enough, they assumed they send me a letter telling i have to submit a payslip but i did not receive any information.
they deduct more than R3000 from my account without any notification. the one lady told me they will pay me back and when i phone them now they said they will not pay us back due the payslip. i feel that is very unfair and they took money that not belongs to them. i want to cancel my membership from them due to no service received from them. the one lady told me i can send my cancellation and it will be stopped at end of this month and today they told me a another story. it looks like the people working there are not well informed of the procedures. what shoot we do every time i need them there are a story on. This is pathetic!!! I want my money back and i want to cancle with them!!!
