Hosmed Medical Scheme
No refund

I have been with Hosmed for two years now, I dont receive a big salary and they deducted twice the amount without any warning. I complained and they have fixed the monthly deduction but wont refund my money even after promising that it would be refunded. I have sent numerous emails but dont ever get a reply, I followed all the steps they required me to, to receive the refund. Could I please get an answer on when I will be refunded? This is pathetic service, come on Hosmed.
