MEDICLINIC KLOOF ARE USELESS AND SHOULD CLOSE DOWN

This is not the first complaint that I have laid against this hospital. Approximately 1 to 2 months ago my father was admitted to Mediclinic Kloof hospital. Due to the fact that he was unable to sign the admittance form himself, I signed it on his behalf. Yesterday, 16/10/2013, I received an sms advising me that I should pay an amount of R140-35. A reference number and a telephone number were provided. No name, no invoice number nothing and I am expected to pay this amount.

First and foremost, I was not the patient at Mediclinic Kloof Hospital. I only signed the admission form on my father's behalf and secondly, with no invoice and no payment details, how is anyone supposed to pay any invoice from this hospital that time after time proves to me how useless and incompetent they really are.

I then called the number on the sms and spoke to a woman by the name of Annelle who then verbally wanted to give me the bank details over the phone. I refused to accept this so she promptly sms's me the bank details - once again, no invoice!!

I THINK MEDICLINIC KLOOF SHOULD CLOSE THEIR DOORS CAUSE THEY ARE THE MOST USELESS AND INCOMPETENT HOSPITAL THAT I HAVE EVER HAD TO DEAL WITH
